About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Apprentice Skills Development Manager to join our team at Omega Resource Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Apprentices, preparing and supporting them through to successful completion of their End Point Assessment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Apprentices, by preparing and supporting through to successful completion of their End Point Assessment.
  • Participate in the learner onboarding process in accordance with ESFA funding rules, to include completing the 'three-way conversation' and skills scan.
  • Meet the requirements of the appropriate Apprenticeship Standard through establishing clear learning, delivery, and monitoring plans.
  • Promote the benefits of End Point Assessment (EPA) and achievement to both Apprentices and their employers.
Requirements
  • Accredited qualification minimum Level 2 in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT.
  • Level 2 Engineering qualification (relevant to teaching discipline).
  • L3 Assessor Award qualification (or willing to work towards).
  • IOSH qualification.
What We Offer
  • An annual salary of £33,500.
  • 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days in accordance with service) plus Bank Holidays.
