About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at Robert Vos International Ltd. As a key member of our core markets team, you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with new clients and placing talented candidates into new positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments, with a strong possibility of international travel to meet clients based abroad.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Interview and work closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge databases to position Robert Vos International as a market leader in your specialist sector.
