The Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with new clients and placing talented candidates into new positions.


Your Key Responsibilities


  • Meet with clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments, with opportunities for international travel to meet clients based abroad.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of the Medical Device and AI sectors.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge databases to position Robert Vos International Ltd as a market leader in your specialist sector.
