About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Assistant at Making Space. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our service users with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with our service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to a positive and empowering culture within our team.
- Assisting with the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- No specific qualifications required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
