Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, improve sales performance, and enhance customer experience.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff, focusing on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales performance and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
