About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Surveyor to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Property Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the delivery of property investment, service, and inspection, and repairs services to a designated portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with operational colleagues and residents to ensure homes are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of property investment, service, and inspection, and repairs services to the designated portfolio of properties.
  • Undertake regular inspections of the property condition.
  • Ensure necessary repairs and planned works are delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Assess properties to review future investment and repair planning.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in property management, preferably with experience in social housing maintenance and planned investment. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing property activities in housing and be working towards MRICS or MCIOB status.

You will also need to have excellent planning and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as strong interpersonal and networking skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and work well under pressure.
