Property Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our Property Delivery Team in the Leeds/Bradford region. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the delivery of property investment, service, and inspection, and repairs services to a designated portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with housing or care operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of services, good maintenance of properties, and that you meet property strategy targets.
- Identify and correct building defects, manage project delivery, analyse property performance, identify cost savings, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead and manage the delivery of property investment, service, and inspection, and repairs services to the designated portfolio of properties.
- Undertake regular inspections of the property condition and ensure necessary repairs and planned works are delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
- Assess properties to review future investment and repair planning.
We are looking for a candidate with a HND/HNC or equivalent in Building or Construction, and a minimum of 3 years experience of managing property activities in housing. Proven experience working within social housing maintenance and planned investment sector, Contractor Side and/or client side is essential. You will also need to be able to interpret operational data to inform service delivery planning within the property portfolio.
