Job Title: Business Analyst, Digital

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Digital team. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our customers and driving growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into acceptance criteria for the Product team.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to focus on value-driven delivery that supports innovation, optimization, and maintenance of digital products.
  • Be a champion for Agile methodologies, ensuring all standards and processes are followed and changes are implemented to increase team productivity.
  • Identify and remove impediments and obstacles on behalf of your team, and create and update various status and productivity reporting.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of existing system and application landscapes as a building block for future solutions.
  • Support Product Owners in challenging business units on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for current and future needs.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and look for opportunities to optimize digital performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' practical experience in Business Analysis or business relationship management in a digital environment.
  • Industry or functional expertise validated through experience working in e-commerce.
  • An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification, or experience.
  • Strong experience with digital systems.
  • Preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
