Job Title: French Speaking Purchase Ledger Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized French speaking Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our international finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of financial administration for our French speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide competent and meticulous support to the finance team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain supplier records, including updating supplier information and processing invoices and credit notes accurately.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and prepare bi-monthly payment runs.
  • Complete month-end processes and deal with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal customers and travel to the Belgium office 4 times per year to support our international operations.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English is essential, with high proficiency in Dutch being a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
