We're seeking a skilled Retail Door Supervisor to join our Flagship Flannels store in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage risk and minimize stock loss through effective security measures and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Work closely with the store team to identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, and report any incidents.
  • Assist the store management in maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative to drive results.
  • Observant and able to detect potential risks.
  • Proven ability to confidently de-escalate challenging situations.
