Job Title: Maintenance Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our team at Finning (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of our Caterpillar products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of machines to identify areas for improvement and develop maintenance plans to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of Caterpillar products and their maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
