Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the practice team to deliver seamless patient experiences
  2. Collaborate with clinical team to achieve business objectives
  3. Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  5. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures

Requirements:

  1. Dental Practice Management experience
  2. Strong leadership skills
  3. Prior experience in business performance management
  4. Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum
