Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding accountability for safeguarding policies, local authority protocols, and statutory requirements, handling matters of risk management, ensuring that risks are prevented where possible without impeding on the lives of the service users.
Requirements:
  • This business is seeking professionals with previous exposure within an operational or quality management role, and with specific industry exposure to the health and social care sector.
  • Applicants should be natural leaders, able to manage a diverse team of multiple professionals across various functions, and should either possess a qualification in Leadership & Management or be willing to work towards one.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role, with the job holder expected to liaise and manage relationships with a plethora of stakeholders including internal operational managers, outside organisations, and service users.
What We Offer:

As the successful candidate, you will be entitled to a starting salary of up to £35,000 to accompany a fully comprehensive package which should include a strong holiday entitlement, excellent pension allocation, and a range of enticing other incentives and monetary rewards to be attained and used within a professional and personal environment.
