Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for the Programme Coordinator role at Naylor's Equestrian Llp include:
  • Leading large-scale programmes (£30-£50m) with multiple projects and diverse teams.
  • Overseeing the Programme Management Office (PMO), managing escalations, and establishing best practices, policies, procedures, and processes that align with our programme and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with multiple System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget.
  • Working closely with the Programme Architect, who will focus on technical quality assurance and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme and project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale programmes. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is also required. Experience in establishing and managing a PMO, including policy and process development is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
