Job Summary

We're seeking an NPD Buyer to source safe, commercially competitive, and great-tasting food in line with our procurement strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll manage a small lead buying portfolio, lead effective and accurate NPD sourcing, and contribute to our strategic innovation agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of lead buying areas within the function, ensuring compliance to systems and processes.
  • Represent NPD buying and lead specific projects that contribute to our strategic innovation agenda.
  • Identify suppliers and source ingredients in line with our procurement strategy.
  • Monitor and manage risks relating to material availability and input cost inflation.
Requirements
  • Food knowledge and passion.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office systems.
