About the Role
VistaJet is a leading provider of worldwide business flight services, offering customers the most advanced flying services and the best value, anytime, anywhere. As a Finance Graduate, you will be part of our three-year rotational program, gaining exposure to diverse realms of finance and access to senior leaders who will guide and inspire your growth.
Program Overview
Our program offers a unique opportunity to travel to financial hubs, study towards a professional finance qualification, and develop your skills in various finance departments. You will have the chance to work in three out of six departments, including Global Tax, Corporate Finance, Group Finance, FP&A, Operational Finance, and Financial Risk & Control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax risks and compliance in all jurisdictions Vista operates in.
- Drive strategic projects and investor relations.
- Prepare actual financial information for the Group, including quarterly financials and annual audited financial statements.
- Provide decision-makers with information to make informed financial decisions.
- Strategic oversight of finance operations, including Accounts Receivable.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal controls and risks.
Requirements
- Education to degree level.
- Self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, flexible individual with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, remaining calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a highly transactional company, prioritizing tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with the team and internal departments.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
