Finance Graduate Program Overview
The VistaJet Finance Graduate Program is a three-year rotational program based in Mayfair, London, offering an exceptional opportunity to delve into the diverse realms of finance while gaining access to senior leaders who will guide and inspire your growth.
Program Highlights
- Rotational program with exposure to various finance departments
- Opportunity to travel to financial hubs such as the United States and Malta
- Chance to study towards a professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Development of financial expertise and leadership skills
Finance Departments
The program offers exposure to six finance departments, each with its unique responsibilities:
Global Tax
- Responsible for managing tax risks and compliance in all jurisdictions VistaJet operates in
- Management and resolution of tax audits with respective tax authorities
Corporate Finance
- Responsible for driving strategic projects and investor relations
- Management of relationships with external stakeholders and provision of information regarding business performance and other affairs
Group Finance
- Preparation of actual financial information for the Group, including quarterly financials and annual audited financial statements
- Compliance with legal entities across the group
FP&A
- Provides decision-makers with the information they need to make informed financial decisions
- Includes planning and budgeting, forecasting, flash and KPI reporting, and business partnering with key stakeholders
Operational Finance
- Strategic oversight of finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Working alongside the sales team to manage billing and cash collection from clients
Financial Risk & Control
- Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management
- Identifies improvement opportunities in business processes
Requirements
- Education to degree level
- Self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, flexible individual with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with the team and internal departments
- Fluency in written and spoken English
