About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Recreation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our leisure centers provide a safe and welcoming environment for our members.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting up sporting activities, assisting our front-of-house team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. If you have experience in a similar role, that's great, but we're also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Prepare facilities for customer use and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist the front-of-house team as needed and provide support to our members
  • Work in a self-motivated and proactive manner to achieve goals and objectives
