Our team is driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We are looking for a Recreation Assistant to join the team, ensuring a safe and caring environment for our members. This will start with ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean and safe environment for all, setting up sporting activities and assisting our front of house team when required.

We want our employees and customers to have the best experience possible, so we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and personal presentation, with a genuine desire to work with customers to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a self motivated and proactive manner
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Drive and energy and enthusiasm
  • To prepare the facilities for customer use
