Job Title: Senior Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver positive outcomes for patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being
Requirements:
  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK (British passport holder or biometric card)
  • Experience working in a CAMHS or PICU service
  • Strong team working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
