Senior Mental Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our Specialist CAMHS PICU in South East London as a senior staff nurse (Band 6).

About the Role

As a senior mental health nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide positive outcomes for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK (British passport holder or biometric card)
  • Experience within a CAMHS or PICU service
  • Strong team working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
