Band 7 Nurse Specialist

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Band 7 ENP to join our team in London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
- NMC registration and a degree in nursing or a related field.
- Additional training in minor injury and illness diagnosis and treatment.
- At least 2 years of paid patient-facing UK nursing experience within the past 3 years.
- Up-to-date clinical best practice knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The right to work in the UK and experience of implementing safeguarding procedures.
- Experience of peer supervision and consultation in multidisciplinary teams.
