Resident Room Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Room Assistant - Cleaning and Laundry. As a key member of our homely care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support in their own homes.
About the JobYour duties will include performing daily cleaning and sanitisation tasks, handling laundry and residents' personal items, and maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules and documents. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme.
Compensation PackageWe offer a salary of £20,200 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a free uniform, investment in your development, refer a friend bonus, pension scheme, company sick pay, and generous annual leave.
