About the Role:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on high-value funding agreements and construction matters, including Public Finance Initiatives (PFIs).
  • Work closely with local authorities to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Provide employment references upon request.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contracts and procurement.
  • Proven experience working with local authorities and in the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of procurement laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
