Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

Qualiteach Yorkshire is seeking an exceptional Behaviour Mentor with a sports background to support a local primary school in Bradford.

The successful candidate will work with students who have a range of needs, including RAD, SEMH, ADHD, and other additional needs that can create barriers to learning.

The role will involve providing 1-1 behaviour support and group support during Physical Education for KS2.

The school is easily accessible by car and public transport and has a great reputation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to build strong relationships with young children who may be disengaged with education.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in behaviour management techniques
  • Ability to work with learners with a range of needs
  • Capacity to re-engage young people in learning through various methods
  • Commitment to working at the school for an extended period
