Our team of experts provides pre-acquisition advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, defects advice, contract administration, employer's agent, and project management services.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graduate Surveyor to join our growing Building Consultancy team in London. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will work closely with our team of chartered surveyors on a variety of commercial real estate projects, including project management and contract administration instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our team of chartered surveyors on site visits and pre-conditions
  • Work with our learning & development team to stay up to date with your APC progress
  • Take part in a range of professional instructions, including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPM's, feasibility studies, BRCAs, and party walls
Requirements
  • Graduate with a RICS recognised degree in building surveying
  • Experienced graduate surveyor looking to progress with their APC
