Job Overview
Staploe Education Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at The Shade Primary School. As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, particularly in the Early Years department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students in the Early Years department.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of their child's progress.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess a calm and patient demeanor when interacting with students.
