About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Specialist to join our team at Bioscript Group. As an Information Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our information strategy, designing and implementing project plans and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Provide supervision and mentorship to Junior Information Specialists, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
    • Support defining, prioritising and executing the BDI strategy in alignment with the company's goals and mission.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights across research, development, and commercialisation.
  • Day-to-Day Operations
    • Manage the operational and scientific aspects of project deliverables with limited support from senior team members.
    • Develop a working knowledge of processes applied by Bioscript Data Insights and the broader organisation to take documents from inception to sign-off efficiently.
    • Support the Project Management by monitoring the progress of all assigned projects against the agreed schedule and budget specification.

About You

  • Ph.D. or master's degree in library/information services/management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering library service projects.
  • Strong expertise in systematic literature reviews, key external expert identification, congress or other library services.
