Energy Sales Executive

As a key member of the Sales team at World Kinect Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of strategy to identify, develop, and pursue business opportunities through the profitable sale of energy solutions to large commercial & industrial clients throughout the UK & Ireland.
In this role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Key Account Managers, and Marketing to support the commercial activities across all Sustainability solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement initiatives to achieve sales objectives, including GP/sales volume and increased positive bottom-line results.
- Drive strategies and tactics for key accounts (existing and prospects) to maximize sales growth and revenue.
- Provide support for proposal preparations and contract negotiations for complex commercial/professional transactions.
- Responsible for individual sales and goals, with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Document activities in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives, while maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Lead on-site and off-site sales presentations to potential large C&I customers, showcasing the value of our energy solutions.
- Direct all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maximize margins while meeting sales goals, ensuring a strong return on investment for our customers.
- Provide weekly sales projections and status updates, demonstrating excellent pipeline management skills.
- Identify new Energy/Sustainability customer growth opportunities, driving market development and expansion.
- Attend relevant industry conferences to build customer relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or client-facing sales experience, with a proven track record in C&I sales.
- Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant Energy Management and/or Sustainability sales experience.
- Sales consultancy experience with high-level decision makers will be a key advantage.
