About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Principal Strategy Consultant, focusing on digital transformation within the energy sector. As a key member of our global growth team, you will leverage your expertise to expand our reach in the global energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and lead client engagements in the energy sector, driving company sales activities for energy-related digital and data transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies for various types of energy companies, addressing key challenges in the sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in the energy industry, understanding their evolving needs in a rapidly changing energy landscape.
  • Oversee complex projects that address the unique challenges of the energy industry, from smart grid implementations to customer engagement platforms and sustainable energy solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in advising and leading client engagements in the energy sector, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in business development and driving sales activities for energy-related consulting and digital transformation services.
  • Deep domain knowledge of the energy industry, including trends in renewables, smart grids, and energy markets.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies for various types of energy companies.
  • Strong understanding of how digital technologies can address key challenges in the energy sector.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics, AI, and Generative AI applications in the energy industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in the energy industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscapes affecting the energy industry.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in the energy sector.
  • Experience in running and coaching multidisciplinary teams on complex energy projects.
  • Fluent in German and English, with English as a primary working language.
