**Job Summary:**

**Key Areas of Responsibility:**

  • Site Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 200 staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive performance improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and staff, ensuring open communication and proactive issue resolution.

**Requirements:**

A strong commercial background, experience in contract catering and facilities management, and a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth are essential for this role.

**Compensation Package:**

A competitive salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, company pension scheme, discounted food and beverage options, generous annual leave package, and opportunities for career development and growth.
