Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers in delivering lessons, offering one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in their academic work and personal development.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support for students with additional learning needs.
  • Help to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
Requirements
  • Experience working with young adults, particularly those aged 16 and above.
  • A passion for education and supporting student development.
  • Strong communication and interactive skills.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
