High Care Production Specialist Job Description

As a High Care Production Specialist at DO & CO, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our high-care production processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining HACCP plans
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformities and customer complaints
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to introduce new raw materials, packaging materials, and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 qualifications
  • Degree in food science or a relevant discipline
  • FDA knowledge and understanding of food law, legislation, and regulations
  • Proven experience in high-care production environments
  • Results-focused and able to influence others
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum. You will also receive free meals on-site, in-house training opportunities, and career development opportunities.
