Brook Street is a market leading, independent property communications firm based in central London. We have a proven track record of delivering bespoke support to our clients, ranging from board level business advisory and market analysis, through to financial and property PR, campaigning, content marketing and media training.

Our team has generated coverage through property PR campaigns, run front-page lobbying campaigns, brought in investment and helped our property clients grow. With 30% year on year growth since launching over 8 years ago, we are now looking for a senior property PR specialist to take on a leadership role and be an integral part of growing the business to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Property PR Director to join our team in central London. As a leader in the industry, you will have a broad general knowledge of the built environment and experience being at the heart of key strategic discussions with top-tier commercial real estate developers and the wider built environment.

You will be responsible for leading organic development of retained accounts as well as new business proposals, retaining and growing a talented team of commercially aware property PR professionals, and driving business growth through innovative PR strategies.

Requirements

  • An integrated approach across corporate communications & public affairs
  • A built environment e background with a broad general knowledge of the built environment
  • Experience being at the heart of key strategic discussions with top-tier commercial real estate developers and the wider built environment
  • A proven background leading organic development of retained accounts as well as new business proposals
  • Retaining and growing a talented team of commercially aware property PR professionals

What We Offer

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic team, drive business growth and develop your skills in property PR. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and professional growth.
