Job Title: Director of Customer Success

Reesmarx is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team, driving client satisfaction and retention through strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global customer success strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team across two locations, ensuring cohesive, high-performing Customer Success, client onboarding, and support functions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure customer success is integrated into product development and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure client success targets are met, such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth from existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in financial services, ideally within securities finance, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Strong client-facing experience at a senior level, with a track record of fostering lasting relationships and driving customer success.
  • Deep understanding of client success methodologies, service delivery models, and best practices in onboarding and support.
Travel Requirements:

Regular travel is required to client meetings and other company offices, including the UK, Europe, US, and Asia.

Minimum of 3 days per week in the London office for collaboration with key stakeholders and teams.
