Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development.
- Utilize data and analytics to support business decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Participate in country HR projects to share best practices and drive process improvements.
- Support management in conducting employment and employee relations matters, including conduct and capability, grievance and disciplinary, reductions in force, restructuring, absence and health issues.
- Partner with HR's Center of Excellence platforms to deliver large-scale HR initiatives.
- Support the divisional HR Business Partners and Leaders in programs and strategies that impact employee attraction, motivation, development, and retention.
- Audit and participate in Practical Process Improvement initiatives to identify improvements and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, or other business-related field.
- CIPD Level 5.
- Prior experience in various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Validated background in a manufacturing environment or rapid expansion preferred.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as HR concepts experience as an advisor to the business.
- Strong process improvement orientation.
- Ability and experience in collecting and interpreting data, highly competent in Excel.
- Passion for colleague development and improving management capability.
- Analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
- Ability to establish relationships and demonstrate excellent communication with all levels of the organization, including coaching, written communication, and presentations.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently with little instruction, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.
- Confirmed project and time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning, personal development, as well as being structured, with a positive 'can-do' demeanor.
