Internal Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Poole, Dorset. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and support for new customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  5. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure customers receive the necessary support and resources.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Project Administration.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Confidence with systems and processes, with the ability to work with multiple systems and tools.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
