Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Civil Construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of highway-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are strictly adhered to on all project sites.
  • Conduct site surveys and setting out to ensure accurate positioning of structures.
  • Verify drawings and quantities to guarantee accurate calculations for construction work.
  • Collaborate with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee quality control and safety measures on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that may arise during project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage cost risks and proactively identify potential issues on site.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer.
  • Industry-relevant qualification.
  • Experience with FRC works and drainage is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft packages.
  • Self-motivated and able to organize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
