OneCall24 is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Norfolk. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to children and young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Delivering tailored care plans that address individual needs and goals.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
We require candidates to have:
- A minimum of 3-6 months' experience working with children in the UK, supported by verifiable references.
- An Enhanced DBS listing on the Update Service, covering both children and adults.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
