Healthcare Operations Support

Theatre Healthcare Support Workers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres at the Princess Grace Hospital. As an experienced HCA looking to progress in your career, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
You will be responsible for supporting theatre staff, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting with patient care. Your knowledge of WHO/Safety checks in Theatres and experience working in operating theatres as a HCA or in a similar role make you an ideal candidate for this position.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday per year (increasing with service), private healthcare insurance, and a pension contribution. Flexible working arrangements, season ticket loans, and discounts with major retailers are also available.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience working in operating theatres as a HCA or in a similar role
- Knowledge of WHO/Safety checks in Theatres is essential
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression through internal and external courses. You will be working in a state-of-the-art theatre environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
Salary: Competitive + Shift Allowance (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum)
