About the Role:

This Hybrid Working Instrument Engineer role at First Recruitment Group involves working on an 8-month contract to support an offshore-focused project in Leatherhead, Surrey. You'll enjoy a hybrid working setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Main Tasks:

  • Design and create technical documentation for various projects
  • Source and procure necessary instrumentation, cables, and equipment

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. No less than 5 years of experience in offshore-related projects
  2. Superior English communication skills; knowing Norwegian is a plus
  3. Detailed knowledge of VEM/V&M modifications on operational offshore installations
  4. Deep understanding of oil industry instrumentation
  5. Familiarity with control systems: hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical
  6. Desirable: offshore certification

Estimated Salary Range:

Based on the job's requirements and location, the estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000, dependent on your experience.
