Job Description

ZS Associates is a leading management consulting and technology firm focused on transforming global healthcare and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and a proven track record of driving growth in Clinical Technology business. They will be responsible for leading large-scale client business development and delivery engagements, developing relationships with senior client stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Development, with a functional expertise spanning data, systems, and business processes. They will also possess excellent business acumen, with the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge and drive revenue growth.

As a Clinical Development Lead at ZS Associates, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry
  • Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify new business opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and expand client and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences
  • MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
  • 15+ years' experience in life science industry management consulting
  • 7+ years' experience in a leadership role within a professional services firm
