About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Lead to join our Learning and Development Team at mydentist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing clinical development propositions that support our Clinical Strategy, L&D Strategy, People Plan, business goals, and identified development needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement clinical development propositions that align with our business objectives.
  • Design and facilitate creative and engaging multi-channel learning campaigns and content that communicate with diverse audiences within the organisation.
  • Build and nurture a stakeholder network across the organisation, monitoring agreed projects versus expectations.
  • Develop propositions that fully support the business and people plan priorities, gaining insight and support from key stakeholders to present plans and recommendations to the Senior HR Leadership Team and Exec.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring deliverables, costs, and criticalities are documented clearly with objectives and scope.
Requirements
  • Clinical experience in a dental setting.
  • Created clinically led development plans and content.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate anecdotal and reported data to identify trends, themes, and opportunities.
  • Creative and confident to explore new ways to add value and enhance the employee experience.
  • Solid project management skills including attention to detail and deadlines.
