Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on police vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults, using a range of diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and minimize downtime for our vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs, using our approved systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to our colleagues and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology and MOT approved tester qualifications are essential.
- A full manual driving licence is required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
