Automotive Mechanic

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at a market-leading car dealership group.
As a Vehicle Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology and equipment, and receive industry-leading training and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. You will be responsible for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair, testing and diagnosing faults, and working on electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair using technical knowledge
- Test, diagnose, and resolve faults
- Work on electrical and mechanical systems
- Inspect components for wear and tear
- Repair and replace parts
- Check vehicle subsystems
- Support other technicians in the workshop
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Current valid MOT licence advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work to highest quality standards and efficiency targets
- Great team player and communication skills
- Positive attitude
