About the Role:


To succeed as a Christmas Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing stock quickly to the highest standard. This includes scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away. You will also locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of store.


You will meet deadlines to deliver to customers at the promised time and keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized. Additionally, you will work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.


As a key member of our team, you will support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times. You will take control of your own development and contribute to the success of our store during the busy Christmas period.

We are looking for someone who can commit to working a minimum of 13.50 hours per week, with shifts including Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:00-20:00 and Saturdays from 06:00-10:00. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. We are not able to sponsor candidates under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
