We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to a young client with spina bifida in their family home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
- Help the client get ready for bed in the weekday evenings and support them on Saturday mornings.
- Develop a strong relationship with the client and their family, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
- No previous experience is required, as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
- You will need to be a driver to get to the client's home, which is located in a rural area.
- A competitive hourly rate.
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support.
