About the Role:
We are seeking a Relief Night Support Worker to join our team at 1to1 Group Limited. As a Relief Night Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to young people experiencing homelessness, helping them to develop life skills and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and safeguarding support for young people
- Support clients with budgeting, managing finances, and addressing debt or benefit issues
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development
- Conduct regular case reviews with the young people to ensure they are invested and working on gaining their independence
- Facilitate access to education, training, and employment opportunities for long-term stability
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Knowledge of housing and welfare legislation
- Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts
