About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
What We Offer

Requirements
- No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full nurse-led training.

Location
The role is based in Bognor Regis, with shifts available Monday to Wednesday nights (9 pm - 9:30 am). Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.
