Role and Responsibilities

Lead DC Investment Consulting Role

  • Lead a portfolio of DC clients and support Partner/Director advising large Own Trust and Master Trusts.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking for large and complex DC clients to ensure strategies remain fit for purpose.
  • Design and implement innovative DC investment strategies for the modern world.
  • Attend client meetings and deliver advice on a range of topics.
  • Contribute to new business activities, including tender submissions and pitches.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on new issues being considered for default strategy design and evolution.
  • Research DC provider default strategies and individual DC funds for bespoke solutions.
  • Support the wider DC team in advising clients looking to change providers or DC vehicle.
  • Take responsibility for drafting or reviewing reports and managing team work.
  • Internal management functions, including development of junior team members.
Experience and Competencies Required

Key Qualifications

  • FIA/FFA or CFA/CISI qualified (or equivalent).
  • Growth mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Extensive previous investment consulting experience (ideally DC related).
  • Ability to take on high-level responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to manage clients and build strong relationships.
